Job Title: Clinical Governance Support Officer
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for patient safety, experience, and clinical governance to join NHS Golden Jubilee.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Clinical Governance Department by supporting feedback, claims, and adverse events management. The post holder will provide assistance and advice to staff, patients, and visitors as required.
Primary responsibilities include handling feedback and complaints, managing linkage with our adverse event handling system, performing quality control checks, and liaising with colleagues on risk and adverse event management.
The post holder will contribute to designing systems and processes that comply with national requirements related to feedback, claims, and adverse events management, including contact with the procurator fiscal and supporting Fatal Accident Inquiries (FAI). Additionally, involvement in supporting service clinical governance forums is expected.
