An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Programme Manager to join Cheshire West and Chester Council’s Change Team. The Change Team are a well-respected and valued part of Corporate Services. Programme Managers work alongside specialists across the Council in the design and delivery of the Council’s high priority major change programmes – ensuring the work successfully delivers within the agreed parameters of benefits, time, cost, and quality. All our major programmes have the aim of ensuring efficient, modern, fit for purpose public services at their heart. The successful candidate will be able to work at all levels of the organisation to develop and deliver major change for the Council, building strong, high performing programme teams, and most of all, will have a passion for ensuring excellent public services and be motivated to deliver! This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team that thrives on supporting the Council, and each other, to overcome complex challenges. No candidate will meet every desired requirement.
