20Twenty Search is retained by a fast-growing ILS firm seeking to hire their first cyber specialist to drive business in this expanding area of interest to capital markets participants. Our client aims to hire an experienced Cyber Underwriter or Broker with some exposure to ILS or Reinsurance, though candidates with direct insurance experience will also be considered if they demonstrate a strong interest in the ILS and capital markets field.
The role involves joining a successful ILS team to originate business worldwide and build a multi-year pipeline of cyber opportunities with cedents, effectively communicating and structuring deals for capital markets seeking diversification. This market-facing role requires deep technical experience in the cyber market, along with strong communication and sales skills. It offers a rare opportunity for entrepreneurial candidates to join a well-capitalized and growing business, providing access to the intersection of reinsurance, ILS, and capital markets.
