STADA UK Thornton & Ross - Production Operative Huddersfield|United Kingdom (GB)|Full-time|Permanent How You Will Make An Impact: Operate production lines by following Standard Operating Procedures to deliver high-quality finished products. Complete accurate and timely documentation and ensure compliance with GMP and Health, Safety & Environmental (HS&E) standards. Support production by participating in machine changeovers, line clearances, and routine maintenance alongside Machine Technicians. Provide cross-functional support to other departments and take on additional tasks as directed by leadership. Operate motorized runabout and reach trucks safely and efficiently. Monitor and improve line performance using KPIs and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) metrics. Assist in training and mentoring new and existing Operators to maintain high performance standards What We Are Looking For: Minimum GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English (required). Basic IT proficiency to support documentation and system-based tasks. Experience in a controlled manufacturing environment and willingness to work shifts. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards. Team player with a flexible approach and ability to adapt to changing priorities. Demonstrates company values, respects others, and upholds safety and environmental responsibilities.
