Job Overview
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment consultants in sourcing high-quality candidates, co-ordinating staffing requirements, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, social media, and networking.
Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews to assess suitability for roles.
Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and up-to-date information.
Coordinate staffing requirements with candidates.
Book candidates into open bookings, with the assistance of the Temporaries Consultant.
Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and consultants, managing schedules and feedback.
Write and post engaging job adverts on various platforms to attract top talent.
Assist consultants in identifying skill gaps and market trends.
Answering calls and emails from candidates and clients, assisting with general enquiries or escalating to correct team member.
