Role Overview
Senior Digital Trainer – Digital Services Training Team, Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Design and deliver high‑quality training, work closely with clinical and non‑clinical teams to understand their needs, and provide specialist advice to support improvements in workflows and patient experience. Support the development of others through mentoring and lead training initiatives.
Engage with clinicians and staff to assess training needs, develop and maintain training materials and environments, and deliver training using a range of methods. Analyse workflows to provide specialist advice on system use and support system changes to improve efficiency and patient experience.
Support and mentor Digital Trainers and new team members, contribute to team development, and work collaboratively with stakeholders while managing workload independently.
Qualifications & Professional Development
If you are an experienced trainer with strong communication skills and a passion for improving care through digital technology, your application is encouraged.
As part of this role, the post holder will be required to undertake training to obtain Certification/Accreditation in an Epic Module.
