The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the front-of-house operation, working closely with the General Manager and Head Chef to deliver seamless, memorable dining experiences. You will act as both a service leader and cultural ambassador, ensuring the highest standards are always upheld.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring energy, precision, and a passion for excellence within a Michelin-level environment.

Structured rota: 7 shifts across 5 days (2 doubles, 3 singles)

Deliver regular service briefings and training sessions

Monitor revenue, labour costs, and KPIs
Ensure billing accuracy and accountability
Identify opportunities for revenue growth
About You
Essential:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager (or equivalent)
Background in fine dining or Michelin-level service is essential
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards
