Directorate
The People, Culture and Wellbeing Directorate fosters a supportive, inclusive environment. The nursery provides high-quality early years care and education, supporting children’s development and families, contributing positively to the university community.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Support children’s learning and development through activities and play.
2. Build positive relationships with children and families as a key person.
3. Assist in delivering the EYFS curriculum under supervision.
4. Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive environment.
5. Carry out daily care routines, including mealtimes, toileting, and hygiene.
Qualifications and Experience:
* English GCSE (Grade C/Level 2 or above) or equivalent (essential)
* Experience working with children aged 0–5 years (essential)
* Knowledge of the EYFS Framework and child development (essential)
* Good IT, communication, and teamwork skills (essential)
* Flexible, reliable, and eager to learn (essential)
