Overview

Technical Support Engineer (1st & 2nd Line) – Full-time, Permanent

Location: Clydebank Hybrid (3x in office weekly)

Salary: Up to £27,000 p.a starting salary

The Job

This position will be providing 1st & 2nd line support to a range of mission critical services within the wider business. This support analyst / engineer will be responsible for handling a wide range of Service Desk incidents & requests.

This role will see you:

* Responding to tickets logged via email & Service Desk portal. Mixture of access / apps / hardware tickets.
* Reduce calls/ tickets by sharing knowledge base articles with users
* Maintain high quality ticket notes & quality on ITSM tool.
* Identify CSIP items to improve service desk functions.


The Technical Skillset

* Experience across MS tech – Windows 10/11, Windows server, AD admin, Exchange, Azure
* MDM admin - Intune. SCCM a bonus.
* Office 365 admin
* VPN / remote access support
* Hardware support - mobile, desktop, & printer
* Familiarity with any ITSM tools like Fresh Service
