Teaching Assistant – Full Time Location: Tidworth Area Start Date: January Pay: £13.00 – £14.00 per hour Teaching Personnel are proud to be working in partnership with a supportive and forward-thinking Infant & Junior School Federation in the Tidworth area. Together, we are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Teaching Assistant to join their Infant School team. This role will involve working across the school, with a strong likelihood of being based within their large Resource Base, supporting children with a range of additional needs. The school is well-resourced, nurturing, and offers excellent guidance for those passionate about helping pupils thrive both academically and emotionally. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to pupils with additional learning needs Work collaboratively with teaching staff and the wider SEN team Assist in creating an inclusive, engaging, and safe learning environment Support pupils individually or in small groups to promote progress and independence What We’re Looking For: A caring, proactive, and resilient individual Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable but not essential) A genuine interest in supporting pupils with SEND Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Work With Us?
