This role offers the chance to handle complex property transactions with a firm known for its quality work and client service excellence.
About the Role
You'll report to the Partner and Head of Commercial Property, leading on high-value commercial property matters within a supportive and progressive legal environment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing complex commercial property transactions including acquisitions and lease arrangements
* Preparing auction contracts and handling funding arrangements to tight deadlines
* Providing clear risk assessment and ensuring regulatory compliance
* Collaborating with corporate, real estate and finance teams for integrated client service
* Mentoring junior colleagues while building valuable client relationships
What We're Looking For
* Ideally 4-8 years PQE in commercial property law
* Strong drafting and negotiation capabilities with excellent client communication skills
* A practical, problem-solving approach to complex legal challenges
* Ability to manage multiple transactions while maintaining quality and composure
* Commercial awareness with a focus on practical solutions
