As we aim for 10x growth this year, we're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help us craft seamless, intelligent user experiences that empower our community to invest with confidence.


🧩 About the Role

As our Senior Product Designer, you will lead design initiatives across mobile and web. You’ll play a key role in simplifying complex investment journeys, making them engaging and accessible. Success in this role looks like:

* Driving high-impact product decisions based on user insights
* Launching intuitive features that boost trust and conversion
* Elevating our design system and brand expression
* You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth to turn ideas into elegant solutions that scale.


🎯 Responsibilities

* Lead the end-to-end design process: research, ideation, prototyping, UI, testing, and iteration
* Design simple, elegant experiences for complex investment flows
* Build and maintain our design system and visual guidelines
* Collaborate cross-functionally to align product, business, and brand goals
* Use data and user insights to inform design decisions
* Help shape the culture of design within the company


🧠 Qualifications

* 4+ years of product design experience (Fintech or SaaS a plus)
* Strong portfolio showcasing intuitive, user-centric design for complex platforms
* Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
* Experience in developing and maintaining scalable design systems
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Experience designing for HNW or luxury segments is a bonus
* Passion for mission-driven, high-growth environments
