Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a dynamic and forward-thinking secondary school, currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Studies Teacher to join their successful team from September 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to teach Business across Key Stages 4 and 5, in a school that values innovative teaching, academic rigour, and real-world learning.
The Role:
You will take on a full teaching timetable within the Business department, delivering a well-structured and engaging curriculum to pupils working towards GCSE and A-Level qualifications. The successful candidate will bring energy, subject knowledge and a passion for equipping students with the commercial awareness and critical thinking skills they'll need beyond school.
This post is suitable for both experienced practitioners and newly qualified teachers (ECTs) with a strong academic background and a genuine interest in Business Education.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality Business lessons in line with the national curriculum and exam board specifications
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing clear and constructive feedback
* Create an inclusive and purposeful classroom environment that promotes achievement
* Contribute to departmental planning, resources, and wider school initiatives
* Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised qualification
* Experience teaching Business at KS4 and ideally KS5
* A strong understanding of current trends in Business education and assessment
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills
* A commitment to continued professional development and team collaboration
