A global brokerage and financial markets firm is seeking a Legal Counsel (Derivatives/Commercial) to join its London team. This role supports businesses across Europe, the Middle East and APAC, including agency brokerage, prime services, and trading technology.
You’ll work closely with front-office teams in a fast-paced environment, with strong visibility and autonomy.
Role Overview
You will draft, review and negotiate a broad range of trading and derivatives documentation, including:
* ISDAs (FX, equity swaps)
* Prime Brokerage agreements
* GMSLA / GMRA
* Cleared derivatives agreements
* FX give-up agreements
* Account control & security documentation
* General commercial contracts and NDAs
You’ll also provide practical legal advice to the business, collaborate with multiple global stakeholders, and ensure regulatory alignment.
