What You Will Do:
- Coordinate the delivery and alignment of engineering data to enable prototype build starts across multiple projects and data sources.
- Own the delivery of buildable Engineering Bill of Materials (BoM) for full vehicle prototypes, powertrain units, and vehicle/powertrain rigs.
- Manage risks and issues through programme impediment reviews and build 'board walks'.
- Lead CAD quality issue resolution reviews, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and customers.
- Supervise and guide a Virtual Build Analyst, managing their performance and workload to meet project goals.
What You Will Bring:
- Knowledge of automotive Bill of Materials and technical automotive understanding.
- Proven experience in technical project management, with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to influence decisions and drive results.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
