Are you looking to join our set? We have an exciting opportunity to sharpen your skills and become a Sales Assistant working 7.5 hours per week.
What will this role involve?
As a Sales Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the store management team, driving turnover and revenues from the store based on lean principles. You will maintain a close focus on customer service and act as an ambassador of the Ryman brand.
What will you be responsible for?
* Act as an ambassador for Ryman and the Theo Paphitis Retail Group by learning about the business and role and sharing knowledge with customers
* Confidently and professionally handle customer complaints and difficulties, including returns, to ensure customer retention
* Achieve and strive to exceed KPIs and objectives set by Store Management Team and the business
* Engage with customers, establish needs, and help them purchase by applying product knowledge and highlighting relevant promotions and upselling
* Carry out stock replenishment and maintain accuracy of stock systems
* Promote high visual merchandising standards and maintain store housekeeping
* Acquire and develop product knowledge
* Recognise opportunities to increase sales value by offering appropriate additional items
* Ensure compliance with all relevant Health and Safety policies
