This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that operates at an international scale, offering unrivalled benefits, excellent career prospects, and a collaborative, people-first culture.\n\nThis is a hybrid role, with just three days a week in a modern Cardiff office and the rest from home.\n\nWhat you'll be doing:\n\nAs a Credit Control Specialist, you will play a key role in managing accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts, and maintaining strong client relationships. This is an ideal role for someone with a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage high-volume ledgers within a global framework.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManage and maintain assigned debtor accounts in line with company policy.\n\nProactively chase overdue payments and resolve payment issues.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to reconcile accounts.\n\nAnalyse aged debt reports and escalate issues where appropriate.\n\nWork within Oracle-based finance systems to update records and track performance.\n\nSupport wider finance operations where required.\n\nWhat you'll need to succeed:\n\nProven experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role.\n\nStrong working knowledge of Oracle systems.\n\nIdeally qualified or working towards CICM or AAT qualifications.\n\nHigh attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach.\n\nAbility to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.\n\nConfident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.\n\nWhat you'll receive in return:\n\nSalary up to £38,500, plus annual performance bonus.\n\n18% pension contribution - one of the most competitive in the market.\n\nHybrid working - 2 days from home, 3 in the office.\n\nSupportive team culture with genuine long-term career development opportunities.\n\nThe chance to be part of a globally recognised brand with a strong reputation for employee wellbeing and progression.\n\nReady to take the next step in your Credit Control career?\n Apply now or contact Yolk Recruitment for a confidential discussion
