Hospitality Tech Platform – Remote Friendly
Our client is launching an exciting new platform in the hospitality space, generating their own data alongside a strategic partnership, providing access to rich venue level insights. As they build, they are looking for a hands on, fractional Data Analyst to design and shape the data ecosystem from the ground up.
The role:
This is a unique opportunity to be the first data hire, working closely with the team to define how data flows through the business and how it delivers value.
You will operate at both a strategic and hands on level, helping them connect multiple data sources, structure them effectively, and set the foundation for future analytics and potential external data products.
* Design data architecture - how data is collected, structured, and connected
* Integrate external data into our internal systems
* Define data models and ensure consistency across sources
* Work alongside engineering to implement integrations (without needing to build full systems yourself)
* Establish scalable data processes and flows
* Support development of key metrics (e.g. pricing, performance insights)
Experience:
* Strong experience in data analytics and data modelling
* Ability to think strategically about data architecture, while staying hands on
* Experience integrating multiple data sources and working with engineering teams
* Comfortable working in a standalone / first data hire environment
* Commercial mindset able to connect data to real business value
The Setup:
* Fractional role (approx 2 days per week)
