Overview
Alpine F1 Team have an opportunity to join the team as Junior Buyer - Indirect.
The Role
* Procurement of goods and services to support F1 activities in accordance with Alpine Racing Purchasing Rules.
* Maintain supplier relationships and effectively communicate all required activity to the Procurement Manager.
* Assist in driving value, performance, and operational efficiency in line with contractual KPI's and SLA's.
* Assist in the develop and implementation of policies, procedures and working practices to continuously improve performance and results of the Indirect Procurement team.
* Perform ad-hoc duties as directed by the Procurement Manager.
The Person
* Knowledge of best-practice Purchasing of goods and services (CIPS qualification preferred but not essential).
* Understanding of Company objectives and the role of the Procurement Department.
* Good negotiator capable of owning and delivering results.
* Confident communicator with an engaging personality, able to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
* Ability to work under time pressure.
