We are seeking an experienced Business Support Officer to join our team at the Perry Tree Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a busy reception/front-of-house role, where you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, professionals, and members of the public. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of the centre by delivering excellent customer service, handling enquiries, and supporting the team with a range of administrative tasks. Please note: This is not a care role. While you’ll be based in a care environment, your responsibilities will focus on business support, reception duties, and service coordination —not direct care provision. It’s a rare and exciting time to join the team, as the care centres are currently transitioning to a new integrated model of service delivery. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking team that’s embracing change and working collaboratively to improve outcomes for the people we support. What We’re Looking For A confident self-starter who can use their initiative and make suggestions to improve and implement change. Someone resilient and adaptable, able to manage a wide range of business support tasks efficiently and within tight deadlines. A strong communicator who can engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders, both internally and externally. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong skills in IT applications (Microsoft Applications) What You’ll Be Doing Supporting at the Perry Tree Centre with a variety of business support functions. Investigating and resolving issues as they arise, ensuring high standards are maintained. Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and systems within the centre. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure service needs are met. Banking Monies in accordance with financial procedures.
