* Experience of engaging with disabled people in sport and physical activity, with an understanding of how inclusive approaches can open up opportunities and support a wide range of needs.
* The ability to build strong, trusted relationships and work collaboratively with partners to achieve shared goals.
* A solutions‑focused mindset, using problem‑solving skills and effective communication and marketing approaches to support programme goals.
* Strong organisation and communication skills, contributing positively within a collaborative team environment.
