* They are now recruiting for a Global Senior Brand Manager to lead a portfolio of key brands and play a central role in the company's global growth plans.
The role:
* The Global Senior Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of the global brand strategy across a high-potential portfolio.
* Working cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies, you will ensure brand consistency and performance across all markets.
* A key focus will be on brand activation and customer marketing, translating strategy into impactful global plans.
* The Global Senior Brand Manager will also have direct line management responsibility for a Digital Marketing Manager, supporting and guiding their work to drive digital growth and engagement.
* You'll stay ahead of industry trends, using insights to shape brand decisions and maximise impact.
Ideal candidate:
* Minimum 5 years Brand Marketing experience, ideally within the spirits sector.
* Strong global FMCG marketing experience is essential.
* A confident self-starter, highly organised, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Proven experience leading successful brands across multiple international markets.
* Experience managing and developing direct reports, ideally within digital or performance marketing.
