We require a candidate to support our sales team with a view to learning the day to day activities and products on offer as the role progresses.



Package:

· 25-29K basic plus commission and bonus which will grow as your knowledge and role progresses - Dependant on experience.

· Hybrid Working – 3 days in office, 2 at home – Flexible

· 20 days holiday (increasing to 25 over 5 years)

· 6 monthly reviews.

Specific duties :

· Assisting the sales team with producing quotations/proposals for customers.

· Following up quotations and providing feedback on won and lost proposals.

· Assisting with planning & coordination of Jobs

· Ensuring customer satisfaction on completion of jobs

· Keeping the CRM system up to date

· Office based learning, keeping up to date with full range of available products in the marketplace and their technical specifications.

· Progressing to applying technical knowledge of products to match customer requirements.

Key attributes:

* Experience in a sales/office environment preferable but not essential as full training will be provided

· Previous experience with UPS Systems isn’t essential as training will be provided.

* Ability to work and collaborate with a team.
* Interest in the technology of UPS Systems.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Administrator based in Watchfield, with the option for some work from home. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for supporting sales processes, managing order processing, and addressing customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction. Daily tasks include providing administrative assistance, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and supporting the sales team in achieving company objectives. Communication with clients and internal teams will be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

* Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
* Proficiency in Order Processing and Sales to manage documentation and track customer orders efficiently.
* Experience in Administrative Assistance, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in managing data and creating reports.
* Proficiency with standard office software and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is a plus.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed.
* Relevant experience in sales administration or a related field is an advantage.
