Community Bladder & Bowel Care Nurse

Join our Bladder & Bowel Specialist Service to deliver high quality continence care to adults in the community.
Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive bladder and bowel assessments and develop individualized care plans.
* Implement pelvic floor exercise plans, bladder retraining, bladder scanning, and bowel irrigation.
* Provide teaching and support to patients, carers, and families.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community services.
* Deliver training and education to community teams and stakeholders.
* Apply local and national guidelines to ensure evidence‑based practice.
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in continence care.
* Strong organisational, management, and computer skills.
* Excellent communication and collaborative working abilities.
* Knowledge of continence guidelines and best practice.
* Commitment to safe, inclusive, effective, and compassionate care.
