Ward Sister - Windsor Dialysis Unit - Band 7
We have an exciting opportunity in Windsor Dialysis Unit, located in the heart of Royal Windsor, Berkshire. We are seeking to recruit a Band 7 Ward Manager for this unit.
Windsor Dialysis Unit is a 24-station facility providing Haemodialysis, including a consultation clinic. The team comprises nurses, healthcare assistants, a Renal Consultant, and a registrar, supporting the unit.
We are looking for a dynamic leader who is passionate about fostering a strong team ethos, aligned with trust values, and committed to clinical excellence and patient outcomes.
The senior management team welcomes applications from individuals capable of leading in this specialist area, bringing forward-thinking approaches. Support for professional development will be provided by the Lead Nurse and Matron for Integrated Medicine A.
Applicants should have relevant Haemodialysis experience and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Main duties of the job

Salary: £46,148 to £52,809 per annum, plus 5% fringe allowance.
