Hybrid role – working from our office in Newcastle Upon Tyne and from home
Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw)
Salary: £27,574 to £30,455 per annum (negotiable on experience) and great benefits including Health Cash Plan

Typical day as an Assistant Development and Delivery Manager:
1. Collaborate with Development & Delivery colleagues across various sites, primarily in the North of the Tyne area. Manage income and expenditure, and assist in delivering schemes against key performance targets.
2. Manage and deliver projects including project appraisals, data analysis, cashflows, contract programmes, scheme budgets, document management, site inspections, and property handovers.
3. Use your interpersonal skills to maintain strong relationships with developers, contractor partners, and internal teams.
4. Build your career across the full development and delivery lifecycle with opportunities for progression.

You bring:
1. Knowledge of residential-led development, project management, and the planning system, with experience in delivering on-site new homes being advantageous.
2. A passion to learn all aspects of land/development and professional project management.
3. Good organizational and communication skills, with the ability to produce clear reports.
4. Attention to detail, self-motivation, and a collaborative approach to service delivery.
Our team:
You’ll report to Sarah or Laura, Senior Development and Delivery Managers dedicated to delivering high-quality homes for our customers.
Job details:
1. Work Monday to Friday, with flexibility to manage your own schedule.
2. This is a hybrid role, with two days in our Newcastle office and the rest working remotely. Some site visits may be required.
3. Proficiency with technology for project management, online learning, and collaboration is essential.
