This impressive luxury care home is large offering >80 rooms and suits with high end furnishings and fittings.
The home has an excellent reputation for quality care, hospitality, and community atmosphere, with a Good CQC and excellent reviews from families and visitors. The home is performing well and has a positive culture, with this opportunity arising due to a recent management change.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading and well resourced elderly care provider. As Home Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the home, while being supported by an experienced and highly engaged Regional leadership team.
Package & Benefits
£75,000 per annum
up to 25% bonus per annum
36 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)

You will be responsible for:
Delivering outstanding care and compliance
Leading, developing, and inspiring a stable team
Driving occupancy, quality, and commercial performance
Embedding values-led leadership and a strong, visible management presence
On-call responsibilities are shared across the leadership team

An experienced Care Home / General Manager with a stable career history
Values-driven, hands-on leader with strong people management skills
Commercially astute and confident running a large, complex service
Passionate about delivering exceptional resident experience
