What you will be doing:
Working with 2 major retailers to develop and execute retail marketing strategies and tactics to drive store traffic, rate of sale and grow revenue
Managing the creation of marketing collateral, including signage, displays, digital screens, POS and promotional materials
Overseeing digital marketing initiatives, including social media and email marketing campaigns, to drive online and offline traffic
Collaborating with cross functional teams internally and with wholesale accounts to create powerful and compelling instore displays and retail campaigns
Conducting market research to understand consumer behaviour, sector trends and the competitive landscape
Planning and implementing seasonal and new product launches ensuring effective communications and promotions
Analysing sales data and customer insights to optimise marketing strategies and improve campaign performance
What you will need:
Proven experience in Retail Marketing and working with wholesale accounts
Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising and consumer behaviour
Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns
Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
Familiarity with retail software and analytics tools
Passion for sport and retail with a customer-centric mindset
