Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Salary: £89 - £99 Per day
Job Duties:
* Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher
* Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
* Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans to students
* Assisting students with their work and providing support as needed
* Reporting back on student progress to teaching staff
* Maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment
Required Qualifications:
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Experience working with children or young people
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt to different classroom environments
Education:
* Minimum of GCSE level education
Experience:
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of classroom management techniques
* Ability to engage and motivate students
* Good organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Teaching Assistant qualification
* First Aid certification
Working Conditions:
* Working hours may vary based on school schedules
* Opportunity to work in different schools within the area
* Regular interaction with students, teaching staff, and school administrators
