About the opportunity
As a Restaurant Supervisor you will lead a team of waiters and waitresses and role model excellence in the restaurants; maximising sales and productivity whilst coordinating and coaching the team daily. You will work collaboratively with your Restaurant Manager and be a vital part of the team’s success.

* Previous experience in supervising a restaurant team and elevating customer experience.
* Enthusiasm for tapas style dining and driving the team to deliver excellent customer service through menu suggestions and drinks pairing.
* Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a skilled team.
* Potential to develop and progress in our Fuego Restaurants
