Responsibilities
As a Learning Designer, you will be responsible for creating rich, high quality, sector specific e-learning. You will work closely with the Marketing Team and Commercial colleagues to deliver to our brand and style guidelines, and to meet commercial expectations. You will have solid experience in learning and development, training and education, including experience of e-learning design and Learning Management Systems.
This role will work as part of the wider Workforce Learning and Development Team, reporting to the Programme Lead, Workforce Learning and Development, and will be recruited alongside a Multimedia Designer to enable us to achieve our vision of creating great social care workforce development and our wider corporate strategy aims.
Qualifications
Solid experience in learning and development / training and education, including experience of e-learning design and Learning Management Systems.
