A day in the life of…
As Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage operations, partnering with the Food and Beverage Manager in recruiting, managing staff, ensuring high customer service standards, developing menus, maintaining inventory and budgets, and enforcing health and safety regulations. You will monitor industry trends, analyze sales and financial reports, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the hotel's F&B offerings. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a strong knowledge of F&B standards and best practices.
You will also manage weddings and events, work various shifts including Duty Manager shifts, and lead a seasoned Food & Beverage team. Experience in cocktails, event management, and food service is essential.
