About the Role
Join the Bacardi team at OMD EMEA, where Global Strategy, Client Leadership, and European Activation teams collaborate across Programmatic, Social, Search, and Retail Media. As part of the Retail Media team, you will lead campaign outputs across key European markets, driving one of Bacardi’s fastest‑growing channels as retailers become a major off‑trade sales driver. Your focus will be on delivering incremental sales growth through closed‑loop attribution and innovative Retail Media strategies.
You will work with leading Bacardi brands—including Bacardi, Martini, Patrón, St‑Germain, Bombay Sapphire, and Dewar’s—partnering with major retailers and quick‑commerce platforms such as Tesco, Carrefour, Sainsbury’s, Kaufland, Intermarché, Deliveroo, Uber, and Glovo.
Campaigns are activated through platforms including Criteo, Citrus, DSPs, and Meta across markets such as the UK, Italy, France, Spain, and Germany, offering strong European exposure and opportunities to innovate from a central London hub.
Responsibilities
Lead campaign outputs across key European markets, driving incremental sales growth through closed‑loop attribution and innovative Retail Media strategies.
Manage Retail Media campaigns across EU markets, prioritising effective use of platforms such as Criteo and Citrus, with knowledge of DV360 and Meta considered a bonus.
Collaborate with major retailers and quick‑commerce platforms to ensure successful campaign activation and performance.
Deliver accurate budgeting, finance reconciliation, campaign reporting, and proactive client communication.
Qualifications
Hands‑on experience managing Retail Media campaigns across EU markets and platforms such as Criteo and Citrus.
Familiarity with the Retail Media ecosystem, publisher offerings, and the evolving Quick Commerce landscape.
Highly organised, commercially minded, and confident managing budgets, finance reconciliation, and campaign reporting.
Strong communication and polished presentation skills, fluent in written and spoken English, with the ability to explain programmatic and Retail Media concepts to clients and colleagues.
Collaborative team player who enjoys mentoring junior team members, building positive working relationships, and contributing to an enjoyable workplace culture.

Hybrid working model: present in the office three days a week in London, with two days available for remote work. Standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, with flexibility to adjust core hours between 10:30 – 16:30.
