Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community based Support Worker to join another support worker in supporting a single male individual twice a week to get out and about and access the community.
The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to this individual, And will work as a team of two on each support visit.
The visits are on a Monday and Thursday between 11.30am and 5.30pm, a total of 12 hours a week.
(There are more hours available if required by the applicant)
Applicants do need to be car drivers, and have access to their own car for work purposes, and unfortunately we are unable to accept anyone who requires sponsorship.
The individual likes to attend the gym, go to the cinema, shopping, eat out ect.
This position requires a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our Individuals.

All positions will be subject to suitable enhanced DBS, and references.
We offer good rates of pay starting from £12.60ph in the week, £12.85 if you hold a level 3 in health and social care, and mileage is paid at 35p per mile.
Experience
* Previous experience in patient care or a similar role is desirable, but not essential, as full training and shadowing will be provided.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
* A caring attitude and a genuine desire to help others are crucial for success in this role.
* Relevant qualifications in health or social care would be beneficial but are not mandatory, and are offered to all applicants on completion of their probationary period.
