Salary: £28,000 base + £12,000 OTE (£1,000/month commission)

As a Sales Consultant at Reformer Collective London, you’ll play a key role in growing our membership base and representing our brand in one of London’s most dynamic wellness environments. You’ll be responsible for managing leads, converting prospects, and delivering an exceptional client experience from the first enquiry through to membership.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day lead flow: inbound enquiries, renewals, outbound calling & interaction with existing leads.
* Seek and convert new business through successful tours, consultations, and partnerships.
* Collaborate with the Head of Membership on quarterly pricing, messaging, and conversion campaigns.
* Track, analyse, and report key performance metrics weekly: lead flow, conversion rate, and engagement pipeline.
* Be the face of Reformer Collective London, providing a warm, professional welcome to all members and guests.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up consistently with leads and members.
* Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure lead quality, member satisfaction, and retention goals are met.
* Support events and activations designed to drive membership growth and brand visibility.

Preferred Experience
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in boutique fitness, wellness, hospitality, or luxury sales.
* Proven ability to convert leads, retain high-value clients, and manage a high lead volume.
* Experience using CRM or sales tracking software (e.g. Mariana Tek, HubSpot, Salesforce).
* Track record of achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
