Demand Planner (Co. Antrim)

Responsibilities
* Accurately forecast and order products to support sales and maximise availability.
* Reduce excess stock holding while minimising mark-downs, waste, and overstocks.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure effective product supply.
* Collaborate with management on promotions and forward buys.
* Analyse sales data and reports to drive profitability and efficiency.
* Support the replenishment function in achieving and exceeding targets.
Qualifications
We are seeking a proactive, organised, and analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will bring:
* Strong numerical and analytical skills.
* Excellent IT skills (Excel essential; ERP/MRP system experience desirable, with training provided).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
* A flexible, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
* Willingness to work weekends, bank holidays and outside of standard office hours when required.
