This role involves supporting secondary-aged students with a range of special educational needs, including Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and communication impairments, some of whom may display challenging behaviours. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff and the pastoral team to provide consistent guidance and positive behaviour support, helping students to develop coping strategies, regulate emotions, and fully engage with learning.
