To Assist the Senior Lead/Deputy Manager in providing a caring, secure environment through including physical, social and emotional care for the children within the setting. Provide individual attention and group activities for the children and support the Senior Lead/Deputy Manager in building strong partnerships with children and their families to enable the children’s needs to be met.
