Solderer (second stage)

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Solderer to join a dynamic production team in Basildon. This hands-on role focuses on Second Stage operations, including Through Hole soldering and SMT re-work, supporting the manufacture of high-quality PCBs. Youll be working in a fast-paced environment where precision and quality are key.

Key Responsibilities

Hand soldering of conventional components to IPC Class 2 standards (Class 3 knowledge is a plus)

Re-working SMT and conventional components

Reading and interpreting work packs and product specifications

Inspecting finished work and resolving defects

Pre-forming components and accurate product labelling

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
