The school is now looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team from April.
About the Role
As an HLTA, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the learning experience across the school. Working collaboratively with class teachers, you will support lesson delivery, lead small groups, and contribute to planning and assessment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and motivated HLTA who is passionate about making a positive difference in children’s lives.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the planning and delivery of engaging, high-quality lessons
* Provide personalised one-to-one and small group support
* Help cultivate a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
* Promote pupils’ emotional, social and pastoral development
* Prepare learning materials and assist in monitoring progress
* Deliver targeted interventions for pupils with additional needs
* Work collaboratively with teachers, parents and the wider school community to support pupil success
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as an HLTA or in a senior classroom support role
* A proactive, positive approach and a genuine passion for education
* Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
* Commitment to inclusive practice and supporting diverse learning needs
* An HLTA qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
