Job description

Salary: £24,700 - £24,960 per annum (pro rata)
Hours per week: 22.5 hours
The working pattern: Monday – Wednesday, 7.5 hours a day.

We're looking for a focused, organised, and positive individual to join our Student Engagement team at our Abingdon campus. If you can manage multiple tasks, prioritise work effectively, solve problems calmly, and deliver outstanding customer service, this could be the perfect role for you
As a Student Engagement Administrator you'll play a key role as often the first point of contact for students and stakeholders, helping us keep the student experience at the heart of everything we do.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering the college reception function with professionalism and a welcoming attitude
* Providing administrative support to the Student Engagement team
* Supporting a wide range of student services including careers advice and pastoral support
* Managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a calm and positive approach
* Prioritising work and solving problems to ensure smooth daily operations
* Demonstrating outstanding customer service to all visitors and stakeholders
