This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a dedicated, inspirational team that are committed to delivering high standards and the best education possible for our children. We are seeking to appoint a well organised, dedicated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be someone who can make well thought through decisions that impact positively on the day to day running of the academy and can provide excellent communication to visitors, parents, and staff. Job purpose
• Provide administrative, clerical and secretarial duties.
• Administer basic first aid to children and completing the necessary documentation.
• Undertake reception duties, acting as the first point of contact for the academy, dealing with emails, phone calls and visitors.
• Monitor stock levels and ordering equipment as necessary.
• Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children you come into contact with.
