Job Description As a Service Engineer - Fire & Security, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and supporting our customers’ systems across technologies such as: Access Control, Intrusion Protection, Video Surveillance, Door Entry, Audio Alarm Verification, Staff Protection, Public Address, Time & Attendance, and LED Lighting. Deliver excellent customer service, working closely with the Area Supervisor and National Call Centre. Use PDA management software to manage service calls and maintenance visits. Attend and resolve daily service calls plus scheduled maintenance work. Take responsibility for your vehicle and stock, ensuring they’re properly maintained. Bring a proactive, positive, “can-do” approach to every job. Join the callout rota, with opportunities for additional earning potential. Work flexibly when needed to meet client demand.
