In this key role, you will be the primary point of contact for the Customer Operations team—investigating issues, liaising with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across fleet operations. Role profile: * Improve the efficiency of the client’s fleet and drivers through effective planning and scheduling. * Manage day-to-day deliveries for both internal and external fleets, ensuring agreed service levels are consistently achieved. * Ensure full compliance with all relevant transport regulations and legal requirements. * Lead, support, and motivate a team of drivers and office staff, ensuring deliveries are made on-time and in-full for our customers. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within transport operations and implement effective solutions. Essential Criteria: * CPC holder in Road Transport Operations (National or International). * Proven experience within the construction industry. * Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of LGV fleet management and distribution. * Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. * Demonstrable leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships and communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
