Job Specification
We recruit Primary Teachers for roles across:
1. Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
2. Key Stage 1 (KS1)
3. Key Stage 2 (KS2)
As a Primary Teacher, you will:
4. Teach across all areas of the school curriculum.
5. Organise the classroom and resources to create a positive learning environment.
6. Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to a wide range of abilities.
7. Motivate pupils with enthusiastic and imaginative teaching.
8. Maintain discipline and foster a respectful classroom culture.
9. Assess, record, and report on pupils’ development and progress.
10. Coordinate activities and resources within a specialist curriculum area, supporting colleagues.
11. Stay up to date with curriculum changes and developments.
12. Collaborate with colleagues and work flexibly, especially within smaller school settings.
