About The Role
As a Quality Engineer at Brett Martin, your day-to-day will be varied and impactful. You'll be at the heart of our operations, managing the ISO 9001 system, conducting audits, and analysing quality KPIs to drive business-wide improvements. You will collaborate with various departments, from engineering to product development, to troubleshoot issues and implement preventative actions like Poke Yoke solutions. This role is not just about compliance; it's about actively coaching teams in Lean methodologies and championing a culture of continuous improvement.
