Moor Park Requires a Leisure Assistant
Leisure Assistants are responsible for pool discipline and constant vigilance of bather's activities.
The successful candidate will be required to:
* Ensure throughout the day that cleaning and inspection processes are followed and the facility is maintained to a safe and clean level.
* Keep up-to-date knowledge of the facilities programme and requirements of a multi-use facility.
* Ensure that knowledge of products, sales procedures and activities are up-to-date.
* Maintain training hours in accordance with NPLQ guidelines and maintain their NPLQ qualification.
* Be well presented at all times with clean uniform, name badge and a neat and tidy appearance.
* Provide excellent standards of customer service and follow the staff pledge.
* Complete membership 'show rounds' as and when necessary, with a view to sign up new members.
* Ensure that all equipment is safe for use, available and set out for the customer.
* Accurately complete all paperwork required on a daily basis.
