The Sinclair Group are looking for an organised and customer-focused Fleet Sales Co-ordinator to join our team at Van Centre Cardiff. This is a key support role within our Fleet operation, helping to ensure fleet vehicle orders are processed smoothly from order replacement through to delivery.
Job Title: Fleet Sales Coordinator
Location: Volkswagen Van Centre Cardiff
Contract Type: Permanent / Full-time
Hours of work: 40 hours a week Monday to Friday
Position Pays: Negotiable depending on experience
The Opportunity:
This is a key support role within our Fleet Sales operation, helping to ensure fleet vehicle orders are processed smoothly from order placement through to delivery. What will you be doing?:
1. Coordinating fleet vehicle orders from initial order through to final delivery
2. Working closely with the wider fleet department to support day-to-day operations
3. Providing a high level of customer service to customers, suppliers, and internal teams
4. Supporting administration, pricing and order management activities
5. Ensuring all documentation and records are accurate and kept up to date
6. Communicating clearly with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient process

9. Clear and professional communication skills
10. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
11. Comfortable using IT Systems and standard software
