Job Description
We are seeking a caring, motivated and reliable Level 3 qualified Nursery Assistant to join a welcoming early years setting in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in a safe, nurturing environment.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the Room Leader with daily activities and routines
* Creating a stimulating and child-centred learning environment
* Delivering activities in line with the EYFS framework
* Building positive relationships with children, staff and parents
* Ensuring safeguarding and welfare standards are consistently upheld
* Contributing to planning, observations and assessments
Requirements
* Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification (essential)
* Experience working with children aged 0–5
* Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
* A positive, proactive and caring attitude
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
