Key Responsibilities Assist the Transport Manager in planning and organising schedules and routes. Monitor lead times and delivery targets, ensuring all vehicle deliveries are on time. Liaise effectively with customers and drivers to coordinate logistics. Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate transport documentation and records. General administrative duties, including answering calls and updating systems. Essential Criteria Previous experience in an administration role. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Desirable Criteria Previous experience in transport, logistics, or dispatch.
